To register your student for Central Kitsap Schools you will need the following documents:
Required documents (student will not be placed into a class until all documentation has been provided):
- Proof of Name: birth certificate or adoption decree
- Verification of Address: current utility bill, military base housing assignment documents, or rental agreement
- Immunization Records
