Dear Cougar Valley Families,

For the past five years, we have had great success fundraising with the APEX Leadership Team. One of the conveniences of their program is the creation of individual online fundraising pages for each student. To set up these pages, we share student names and teacher assignments.

As privacy guidelines continue to evolve, we want to ensure families are comfortable with this process. If you prefer that we do not share your child’s full name and teacher, you may opt out. We also offer the option of sharing only your child’s first name along with their teacher’s name.

If you are not comfortable with us sharing this information, please submit your child’s name in the Google form below so we can adjust accordingly.
