You can pay for many fees and fines directly to our bookkeeper or pay online through our district's online payment system. For online payments, you’ll need to know your student’s ID number, which is on report cards and available from our main office. Starting September 1st, 2025, there is a new 4.5% convenience fee charged for all card transactions. Our office also accepts cash or check payments with no additional fee.
Pay for Meals
This school year, we are able to provide free breakfasts and lunches to all students at Cougar Valley. If your student would like a second lunch or breakfast, there will be a fee assessed.
All Families are encouraged to complete a Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefits (CNEEB) Form at the beginning of each school year. This form will help qualify your student(s) for Free or Reduced Price Meals, reduction of school fees and SUNbucks Summer EBT benefits. Completion of a CNEEB form also helps our school continue to receive free breakfasts and lunches for all students.
